Concentration ™

Test your memory and puzzling skills at the same time! Based on the classic TV game show, Concentration™ is two games in one: matching and puzzling. Match the scrambled prizes behind the numbered panels to win. Each combination turns over two panels to reveal a portion of the hidden rebus (picture puzzle). After each match, you earn a chance at solving the puzzle underneath. But watch out! Your opponent is trying to solve it, too. If you guess correctly, you could move on to the bonus round where you have a chance to win a new car!

Game Reviews

Here is what people have to say about Concentration:

"Near-perfect adaptation of an all-time classic"

"Concentration" has always been one of my all-time favorite game shows, and it's great to have a quality official PC version of the game. This edition is based largely on the 1987-91 version of the show ("Classic Concentration").

The main game is the "best 2 out of 3" format used in the middle of the show's run, which isn't my favorite, but it gets the job done. The fast paced car-matching bonus round is also intact. The graphics depict a sleek, modern set with three different door color options (including the classic red-on-yellow). The prizes and cars are up-to-date, and the rebuses are very well-done. The music is rather lackluster, but can be muted, and thumbs up for using the actual "Classic Concentration" sound effects.

All in all, this is a very well-executed and faithful adaptation of one of television's most addictive game shows, with only very minor flaws. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed watching and playing along with "Concentration".

"Makes you feel like you are on the actual game show"

Great game and graphics. Hate to say it, but my "opponent" beat me quite a few times. I highly recommend this game!

"Easy to get into; plenty of fun puzzles; two-player hot seat mode."

"Even if I account for the sentimental value of having grown up watching Concentration, I have to give the game high marks for the sheer fun of making matches and solving puzzles. It's addictive, too. As I wrote this review, I hopped into the program several times to double check things, and each time, I found myself playing a few matches against the professor. Is there better praise?"
